But they did.

On Tuesday night's "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon," Timberlake (there to promote his new movie "Friends With Benefits") rocked the mics once again -- complete with choreographed dance moves.

Starting with Kurtis Blow's "The Breaks," the two launched in a medley of some of the greatest songs in rap and hip-hop including, Salt-n-Pepa's "Push It," Vanilla Ice's "Ice, Ice Baby," "The Choice is Yours" from Black Sheep, Cypress Hill's "Insane in the Brain," "A Milli" from Lil' Wayne, Cali Swag District's "Teach Me How To Dougie" and finally "Just a Friend" from Biz Markie, which the audience joined in on for a sing-along.

Timberlake and Fallon performed the first part of "History of Rap" on his late-night show last September.
