Pretty funny that he believes he is 8 in that pic!! If he's 18 now then the album would have come out in 2001, 4 years after BIG died...

I was reading in Ego Trip's "Rap Lists" a few days ago that this wasn't actually Biggie, but he didn't mention who it was.
