^^ I know , but I usually only see it in places I don't like to order from . I never catch that 7 out in the wild . I see it on discogs a lot , but I don't like ordering from there . Too many bad experiences . Maybe if you have a trusted seller that has a copy you could let me know .

Awesome stuff JB, particularly that Be William DeVaughn. You gotta also get the "Be thankful for what you got" 7" since it has part 2 of that song which is INCREDIBLY funky and soulful.

I'm guessing part 2 is a track that never got radio airplay?

Yes. It's kind of like a dub version in a way. Instrumental heavy on the beats in the beginning and the vocals come in half way thru the song. It's on my Dumpster Funk 2 Disc 2 (Soul Side) that you downloaded a while back if you are curious as to how it sounds.

I have been listening to a lot of folk-punk , thrashgrass , etc .. I copped this 7" and it is great !!!

Blackbird Raum / Hail Seizures split 7" . There's something about banjos , accordions , mandarins , washboards , and gut buckets ( tub basses ) that are really striking a chord with me right now . This 7" is a great mesh of two bands that are on the same plain but have different styles . Not so much that they clash , but that you get a nice variety . I found this by looking for Blackbird raum records , but was very pleasantly surprised by Hail Seizures ...

^^the Hail Seizures tracks from the 7"

^^ one of the Blackbird Raum tracks . Couldn't find them all together like the HS tracks .
