I never heard of this band but as soon as it started spinning I was sold. The owner didn't want to sell it but I kept going up in price until he gave in. I wasn't sure how much it was worth and we couldn't find much info on it besides that it was comped by Finders Keepers on B-Music - Cross Continental Record Raid Road Trip.

^ Whenever possible, especially when they are priced right, I love picking up these punk 7" compilations. I'm still a bit of a punk newb and these things introduce me to the most bands for the best possible price. This one has quite a few keeper songs on it.
Various - Our Scene Still Sucks 7" (House O' Pain) 1997
^15 different songs from 15 different hardcore bands crammed onto this 7" comp. A lot of hardcore songs are less than a minute so this doesn't really sound like the grooves are piled up too close. Surprisingly this one is fantastic all the way thru, it really flows from A to end of B.
Sober Daze / Knockin' Chucks - Live to Shred / Punk Rock Cop / Morgan Freegan / Stuck 7" (Dazed Records) 2015
^Nice modern popish punk from Sober Daze and their coherts Knockin Chucks. I found out about these guys over on r/vinyl and ended up buying directly from them on their bandcamp page based on the strength of their song Punk Rock Cop.
As you can see, when you buy from the band often it's a really personal experience, I got a handwritten thanks letter and a few bonus extras thrown in. That's how punk bands should do it, one on one, bypassing the record middle men whenever possible. They're punk after all, it's their business to hate the man, bandcamp sites like theirs is one way to bypass "him" completely.
DS 13 - Aborted Teen Generation 7" (Havoc Records) 1998
^It's so nice that Faith No More is back at it again, It's been a long ass time and I've missed them since their last amazing album "Album of the Year" was dropped WAY back in 1997. So yeah it's been a long time and I'm glad they are dropping their new album "Sol Invictus" in the US soon. It's already available on CD here, and the LP is already available in Europe, but the US version is coming, and until that drops this will have to do. This 7" is much better than their earlier RSD 7", it's just more of the distinct Faith No More sound that I miss.

Idjut Boys – Le Wasuk / Drum Hunter 7" (Smalltown Supersound) 2014
^So I told my jet-set sister in law she better get me a Japanese exclusive record when she was over in Tokyo or her Christmas present from me would suck and luckily she came through with flying colors. This Japanese exclusive 7 is really cool dub music, something I never would have picked for myself, but I love it. Very heavy dub, like traditional reggae dub versions of house songs I've never heard of. Great stuff.
^Ah the sopranic heavenly voice of the exotic Yma Sumac. This isn't just world music, it's otherworldly music. Her range qualifies her as a vocal vituoso. She can sing lower than Sade and higher than Mariah. And her operatic intonations are signature. I love this lady. For those familiar with the Big Lebowski movie Yma sang Ataypura and it is featured on the soundtrack.
David Thekwane & The Boyoyo Boys - Mama Yoyo No 1000/Dube Station No 4 7" (Plastik) 1970s
^David Thekwane is a South African saxophone player working as a producer in numerous bands including the Boyoyo Boys. This single was dropped right before the Boyoyo Boys rose to stardom when Malcolm McLaren took their titled single "Puleng" and converted it to his own production, "Double Dutch". Later this group eventually collaborated with Paul Simon on his world music classic album "Graceland" This particular single is really nice and heavy funk with a touch of rock for good measure. I got lucky finding this one.
