I found this digging through some boxes of stuff from back in my high school days. I picked this up at a Sabbath show in September of 1980 in Lakeland , FL. Riot was the opening band.

An excellent oral biography of the late, great Warren Zevon. There are stories from dozens of people from his personal and professional life presented here. This book is a "warts and all" look at one of the great songwriters of the rock and roll era. Reading this left me with a much deeper understanding of what drove him to write and record some of the all-time great outsider anthems.
