That's all you gotta add to this P? Come on, give us yer take, what's good in 2011 album-wise?

^^it's okay.

Since Rchecka has has been ridin' me, regarding this thread, i guess i'll get him off my back. I haven't listened to too many of the 2011 rap releases, but from the few ones i have heard, i'd nominate the following:

Wu Tang - Legendary Weapons

Raekwon - Shaolin versus Wu Tang

Stalley - Lincoln Way Nights: intelligent trunk music

Cormega - Raw Forever (disc 2 - which is his new sh*t, with a band backing him up....disc 1 is a compilation of his old stuff)

...some of the other joints I liked were already mentioned; Big K.R.I.T., Smif N Wesson & Pete Rock....

9th Wonder - The Wonder Years

Reks - Rhythmatic Eternal King

***EP honorable mention..since it doesn't qualify as and album..but as good as a complete album***

Greenberg

Curren$y and Alchemist - Covert Coup

I'd go for a distillation of all of the above.... plus a couple of others.

Action Bronson - Doctor Lecter

Apathy - Honkey Kong (some of the bonus tracks were better than some of the tracks that made the official cut)

Danny Brown - XXX

Jehst - Dragon Of An Ordinary Family (some top notch UK stuff)

Phonte - Charity Begins At Home (although I wasn't really feeling the ballads on there)

Raekwon - Shaolin vs Wu-Tang

Saigon - Greatest Story Never Told

Statik Selektah - Population Control (especially Sam Jack)

Wu-Tang - Legendary Weapons

......I'd love to say the following albums as well but they were just too patchy for me.

Action Bronson + Statik Selektah - Well Done

Danny Brown + Black Milk - Black And Brown

Ed OG - A Face In The Crowd

Elzhi + Will Session - Elmatic

Evidence - Cats And Dogs

Lil B - I'm Gay (Don't front!)

Mr Muthafuckin Exquire - Lost In Translation

Pete Rock + Smiff N Wessun - Monumental

Pharoahe Monch - W.A.R.

REKS - R.E.K.S.

Royce Da 5'9 - Success Is Certain
