Isaiah Rashad is the newest signee on the TDE label (Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, etc.) and his Cilvia Demo released recently is very good IMO. He's from TN and definitely worth checking out.
On the TDE tip, ScHoolboy Q is about to release a new album as well called Oxymoron. Can't recommend it yet, but that will be in the 'news.'
OC and producer Ray West just released a short little album called Ray's Cafe. A solid listen with some highlights and nothing unbearable. It doesn't touch Trophies, or obviously OC's earlier work (using Trophies as a benchmark for his recent work isn't crazy either), but it's worth picking up. I just posted one of the tracks in the "what Hip Hop are you listening to thread." Especially because it's short, it works out well I think. Mostly laid back, mellow type production with OC on his grown man steez.
Freddie Gibbs and Madlib will be releasing a short EP at the end of the month, should be worth a listen as well.
Depending on your taste, The Dopplegangaz, which is a duo, just released a pretty nice album in Peace Kehd. Dark, weird, funny, cultish is their style I'd say if you haven't listened previously.
Prince Po and Oh No just released an album called Animal Serum that I can't really recommend to be honest. It's worth mining a few tracks, but probably not my style as much as anything.
Even though it's from October, Alchemist did an album with a Detroit emcee named Boldy James that I thought was very solid all the way through. May have been brought up on here already, but I only mention 'cause I think it was so slept on. A song called "Moochie" is worth seeking out if nothing else.
Oh, and I'm just assuming you've listened to the new Beyonce album about a hundred times by now.
