Eminem is like the elephant in the room.
For the same o'l ridiculous reasons we been debating over for 400 years.
People still do not know what to make of him.
I always say let the body of work have it's speak.
There is no denying his lyrical mastery and there ain't too many
rappers that i would put ahead of him on the so called
G.O.A.T. list.

But not to be outdone, people didn't know what to make of
a Harvard educated,Bi-racial Senator from Chicago either.
How did that work out?

Peace.

^^^Em is never an elephant in any room I'm in. But seriously guys,i've been away and I come back in this thread and I have to say I'm not wowed by anyones selections..but like I said upthread these lists are completely subjective and decisions basically rely on one's personal tastes in the long run.

Eminem is a very good Emcee that makes music that doesn't show his skills.
The actual beats he uses are really, really bad most of the time..

He could be out there blazing all-comers but he has settled himself in some teenage angst/try to shock niche of his own that wastes his talent.

Slaughterhouse are punching below their collective weight too.
