It's an aiight album...has a cinematic feel - given Adrian Younge did the soundtrack to the movie, 'Black Dynamite' (which i have, BTW). It has a few banger/head-nodders on it....

....but, by far, not as good as 'Apollo Kids' or 'Big Doe Rehab', IMO.



I think BIG K.R.I.T.'s new mixtape (unofficial album) - King Remembered In Time - that dropped (for free, online) a week ago, is a little more to my likings (if I had to throw a comparison of new joints out there right now)...

^I really am digging this. I agree that it's not quite as good as Apollo Kids, but it's still damn good. Come to think of it, why they never released Apolo kids on wax is a mystery to me, they shoulda done that while it was hot. Maybe it's not too late for them to press it but whatever I'll settle for this in the meantime.
