Anybody a Pusha T fan? Anybody listen/stream/buy the album yet?

I've only listened to 3 or 4 tracks in full. Always liked Pusha's style and voice.

Word on the street is (including from Pusha himself, lol), is that this will be the rap album of the year. Thoughts?

These 2 beats are CRAZY!, but similar:

I'm feeling it.

Don't really keep up with Pusha T. I can say that I wasn't a fan of the Clipse , but I do prefer what I have heard of his solo stuff . Also , I know the dude has a few fans around here and I might catch a hard time for saying this , but I think Kendrick Lamar is wack and the first track you posted would have been much better without him on it ..... I might have to give some of the Pusha T stuff a better listen

Not been the biggest Clipse fan either but this sounds really nice. I will be picking this up and checking more of his earlier solo material. Thanks for the ehads up on this, I probably woouldn't have checked it otherwise.

Also, agree with Jay on Lamar...

Okay, okay...V-A in the house. I never was a fan of The Clipse's, Cocaine cowboy/Tony Montana(Scarface) raps, but on the flip side, like their lyrical swagger. With that said, I do have this new Pusha T album and actually do fux with it. Cocaine raps and Auto-Tune aside....looking/listening beyond that - it is a pretty dope album, otherwise. Not to mention the (hip-hop/rap) heavyweight production contributors of; Kanye, No ID, Pharrell, Swizz BeatZ and (newcomer) Don cannon.

Not sure if say it album of the year, but I would (so far) put it up there in the Top 10 of what i've heard so far for 2013.

peace.
