Both got one or two cuts that aren't available anywhere else, inluding a live rap on sex by Spoonie Gee.

Also these two comp shave some really good live material. The first one is more mixed including both mid school and old school era recordings like the Moe vs Busy bee battle while the other cantains material from a def jam tour including Run DMC, LL, Whodini and Beastie Boys.
