Second, I've never heard of the artist, so I had to look her up. It looks like this was a major label release from 2010 and the artist just released an LP last year. No idea how popular she is, but I wouldn't be surprised if that album gets repressed down the line. I'd try to contact someone through the artist's website and see if there are an plans for a new pressing before shelling out big bucks for this record.
Another tactic you can try is messaging people on Discogs to see if they are willing to sell their copy. It looks like 73 Discogs users have it. Odds are one of them is willing to sell their copy. The worst someone can do is say "no". It looks like the last time it sold was a few months ago and it went for $132.
