I can imagine Jamaica making quite the impression on anyone!

For me I gotta say Malta, mostly because the matlese culture and language are a very unique mix fo arab, brittish, roman and fench, which I found quite fascinating as aspects of all those cultures and languages were very visible at times in areas such as food, mentality of the people, architecture etc.
