First of all I like to send my prayers to anyone affected by this natural disaster...it has not been easy for most,loss of power,the struggle for gas,people siphoning gas from others by drilling holes into their tanks,no heat,not to mention the fact that a lot of people lost everything thing they own...I have been out of work since Tuesday... I work in Strong Island (Long Island) and I lost power for three hrs Wednesday night outside of that my building held up and I am so very thankful..

I connected with Fam in the BX....didn't lose power, but still....was cut off at the knees with MTA being OOC......even being written up because they couldn't make it to work - because of that....WTF?!?!


Fam in Ft. Greene made it through aiight.,,.but - same situation....MTA.


It obviously sounds like areas of Queens (far rock.....thru to other areas) and SI got hit the hardest....

Man, I see this stuff on the news and it's really sad what happened.
All day today ABC is doing a fundrasier for Red Cross and their parent company Disney has donated over a million dollars already. Good to see people trying to make moves and help clean up peoples lives.
