Also forgot to mention that my wife buys several mp3 albums a week . She's got it in her blood too .. Also , I think if you an work a little something that she ( or the kids if you have them ) may like . Drop her some flowers or just something she would like in the mix and she won't be so upset about the spending . I think if I tried to " toots " my way into some records like Rchecka does , my wife would probably punch me !!!

If Fresh Prince can get away with using "toots" on Parents Just Don't Understand then I don't see why your wife shouldn't give a free pass.

I got an agreement with my wife, every month I put away a fixed budget to spend on nothing but records. How much depends on what we make that month but there's always enough to pick up a couple of records. Once that's done, I add some extra money to that budget without her knowing haha!
