Bumpin the Coup - Pick a Bigger Weapon (2LP) Rhymesayers (2006) right now.

It's pretty funky actually for such politically charged rap.

What other 12", EPs, CDs, LPs should diggers check for?

Never heard anything by them outside "Kill my landlord", which was dope.

^^ same here - never really checked for them after their first album....too many other emerging ('93) rap artists/crews was coming out at that time, that I felt was better, overall.

This is probably a Coup "standard" of a song/track (to the ones that are die hard fans), but my favorite joint from them....

'Dig It'

...i probably need to circle back and re-check their discography. Has anyone done a (Coup) mixtape or compliation they want to share, to get me more "in the know" about them...?

peace.
