No love for Kurtis Blow's early LPs?

Not as whole albums with no filler...his best lp is probably Ego Trip, which still has 2-3 fillers. The fillers weren't just fillers they were usually really bad ones at that.

Strictly old school (as in pre-84) for me has to be Kurtis Blow first album or Flash & Furious 5.

if you really want to get technical...there really wasn't alot of rap/hip-hop "albums", 1986 and prior....

...tons of singles, but not alot of "albums" - not like the amount from around 1987/88 and after - thru to now where there's like 1000 albums comeing out a year, almost...LOL (yes - i'm slight exaggerating on the "1000" number).
