Haven't listened to it yet...um yeah ..so he was always iller than his brother...I'll be sure to give it a listen .Loved the Clipse' approach to trap music. The cocaine shit (although kinda repetitive)was why I was listening in the first place. I'm kinda rootin' for Pusha..so about Kendrick...I like him but he's not the next Messiah...I do find if he were to be held against his elders in the West,he would probably be considered mediocre at best. I just happen to appreciate the fact that he is not conforming to anything that is hot right now. His allegiance to the West coast sound and his fearlessness is what made me pay attention.
ETA: Listened to it over the weekend...this sh-t is hard. It has currently replaced Nipsey Hussle's $100 mixtape as my go-to album (got it free of course,but I admire him having the balls to demand a buck for his product. I get why Jay bought 100 copies-'bout time some of these cats show some ingenuity)
