So I just saw a preview for a furniture building competition show on Spike TV called Framework that will be hosted by Common . Is it just me , or does that sound a little strange ?? Maybe the dude is really into furniture , but if I was asked to pick a celebrity to host a show like that , I don't really feel like Com Sense would come to mind . I know he's been acting and I can't knock him for that , but a furniture building competition seems a little off to me . Any thoughts ??

I agree...from a hip-hop head perspective, it doesn't seem to synch up right...LOL.

I guess I could've initially said the same about Daryl Hall and his show. renovating homes, on DIY network ( click here )....but after seeing the house he restored, that he does the show, Live From Daryl's House from, I can see it (for him).....

^^ that house on live at Daryl's house is amazing!! I just can't figure out what angle they were trying to hit with Common on the furniture show . I guess I would rather see Common on this so than some ridiculous reality show or some stereo typical MTV rapper show . Although I didn't care for his last few releases I would like to see Common make a strong come back as an MC .

Ah man, I hope he didn't leave Hell on Wheels specifically to host the furniture show... He was awesome on that and this seems like a strange fit. Like, maybe he's really into that, but I'd just really rather see him keep actin and rappin and being in Alicia keys videos.
