Need Help IDing Track from DJ Spair & B-Cause Musical Mixchief Tape!

It's HERE on Soundcloud.

The track I have been DYING to figure out and I can't find anything about it anywhere starts at 22 minutes and 14 seconds in. The best part of the song starts at 22:54, warm rich disco strings. It sounds kinda like the Blackbyrds but I cannot tell.

Anyone know this gorgeous disco song? in love
