But one the venting tip...How and why do people, who work 9 hours a day don't do jack, first of all keep their jobs, second of all manage to dump their failed work tasks on those who actually manage to produce something while getting paid, and third of all don't have to take more than a couple of "um you really need to be done with this soon" from the boss????
