I hope vinyl keeps on making a comeback, the music industry really needs a comeback in general. Not enough music makes it to any kind of physical media compared to yesteryear.

Record Store Day helps, they pressed up a lot of limited fat nice vinyl just for aficionados, and that helps a little bit too. old geezer

I see a lot of articles hollering about vinyl making a comeback. I know one thing - I'd certainly rather be selling vinyl records right now than CDs.

I don't really think vinyl ever really went away. I know tons of record stores have closed down BUT the majors have continued to press up vinyl for various genres & for all the shops closing others have been opening up. I think rap music is a genre where the shit died out due to Serato, but from what I hear rock & other shit still gets pressed up. We went to support my old bosses new record store/coffee shop on Record Store Day & there were tons of cats buying vinyl. I hadn't been digging in dumb long so it was a great day! Plus I copped the MF DOOM lunch box! DAMN tho, I miss working in a record store. Best job ever!
