ninite.com <Huge time saver. Put a check next to all the programs you use. Download the installer. Save it permanently on your desktop. It will install AND force new updates and patch all security holes in various programs which consistently get compromised. Like Itunes, Java, Firefox, Reader, Skype, etc... This kills multiple birds with one stone and you don't get any of the stupid ass toolbars and extras they try to force you to uncheck, it just silently downloads and installs and updates without bother for free.
av-comparatives.org <Sick of viruses? Look at this non-profit real world tests of every major Antivirus product out there and buy the highest rated ones. They all cost about the same, so why not choose the best one out there right now? This year it's Kaspersky Internet Security and Bitdefender Internet Security that are number one (tied) but last year it was something else and next year might be different. I Buy only one year of AV and next year get the next #1 product. I'm not married to any one company, I go with whoever is doing the best job when it comes to viruses, cuz I don't fuck around with them, no time for that bullshit.
