Curious about this...

Who here still makes compilations and or mixed compilations for friends and family or just for yourself? I'm not talking about ipod\iphone playlists, I'm talking physical media containing music, thoughtfully chosen by you, for you and yours.

Sound off if you can check these off...

  • It's a physical release. CD-R or audio cassette with printed inserts or hand written.
  • It's either mixed with no break or it has the standard 3 second gap between songs, but it has a theme and a flow.
  • It's printed or handwritten tracklisting by you, and it has your artwork.
  • It's made not only for your enjoyment but you know your friends and family might dig it too so you drop it on em out of love.
  • Exclude strictly mp3 uploads, it's gotta be something the listener can hold in their hands.

^Word, you gotta do that. As long as you got a PC and a burner, you gotta compile your own mixes for the car, it makes driving so much more enjoyable.
