Outkast - Aquemini 3lp . This album is so dope !! I have been steadily bumpin this album in some form since the day it dropped . I finally have it on vinyl double thumbs up
Marcos Valle - Vento Sul lp . A really nice Light In The Attic release . Very mellow Brazilian music . Good chill out album.
Freddie Gibbs & Madlib - Piñata lp . I finally got this one . A very dope mix of two totally different styles . Madlib is on top of his game , and Freddie's flow is on point !!

That Pinata album is fantastic. Big fan. Still need to grab on vinyl. "Harold's" is my favorite.

Hit a flea-market over the weekend and ended up coming up. Was looking through shitty classic Rock (no offense meant on the generalization) and easy-listening for a while before scooting over to Soul and Funk.

Once I found my place I was in heaven and realized the dude was obviously a Soul/Funk head at heart. All great shape for the most part (the Minnie Riperton unfortunately has a little noise on the best track). Obviously very well curated, but I found multiple copies of records it took awhile for me to find a single of previously. Glad I'm in touch, too bad my girlfriend was waiting around as I was paying, I'd probably have doubled the haul if I was alone. ((needcoffee))

Minnie Riperton - Come To My Garden (Janus reissue)
Funk Inc. - Superfunk (promo)
Curtis Mayfield - (There's No Place Like) America Today
The Impressions - The Young Mods' Forgotten Story
Leroy Hutson - Love Oh Love (Curtom reissue)
Idris Muhammad - Power Of Soul
100 Proof Aged In Soul - Somebody's Been Sleeping In My Bed
Black Heat - Black Heat
Melvin Van Peebles - Brer Soul

I still gotta get that Madlib Pinata joint too.

How's that Hutson? I'm a huge fan and I don't know that album.

It's good. He really settled into his best boogie/funkiness directly after this one though. Still, this one has some heat on it and is a no-brainer if you like him IMO, particularly as it's a softer Soul side. I just need his solo debut as an OG and I think I'll be mostly good to go with his discography (I need to get the first Impressions record he sang on but it's hard to find and expensive, that won't stop me though!). I think I bought the reissue of the first one but I couldn't find it to snap this pic quickly.

I also have at least one of the later one's but this is the freshfest. If anybody needs that "Feel The Spirit" record let me know. I've capped out at three copies (though I'm keeping them) at this point but I have come up on about four copies I've had to walk away from in the past two weeks alone. Not a really rare record by any means but still an odd streak.
