Various - Boyz N The Hood - OST (Promo) LP (Warner Brothers) 1991

^Nice promo version of this now classic Gangsta film. I had the CD in high school and it got snatched from my car one day along with a stack of other CDs. Now, some 20 years later I found it on wax in fantastic shape. So many classic tunes on this that I already had in 12" version, except for the one song that I loved the most on this soundtrack which is "Kam - Every Single Weekend". Got damn that song is dope as hell. This was in the Joe Buy pile, finally coughed up the needed dough.

No I.D. ‎– Accept Your Own & Be Yourself LP (Relativity) 1997

^Another verbal "YES!" came outta me when I found this, I'd known about it being heralded as super dope for a long time, but I never really heard it in it's entirety until last week. I was snoozin on a sleeper, but now I know wassup. Hey, what can I say, better late than never, right? Freddie This one starts off strong but by the time you get to the B side it's every single track is consecutively more dope culminating in the dopest track at the end. That's how you put together a Hip Hop album, leave em wanting more.

Gorillaz - Gorillaz LP (Parlophone) 2001

^I really can't believe I found this for the nice price of 24$ sealed at my local shop. Another one that I slept on for years and now 12 years later I'm finally getting it. IMO, not quite as honed as their Plastic Beach LP but definitely a solid unique Hip Hop\Rock hybrid album. Really great pressing for not a lot of dough. I don't know if this is a reissue or the original but my ears don't know the diff anyways, so it's all good.
