^You gotta watch a little TV at least, a lot of it is garbage, but there is plenty of good programming too. I heard that "Girls" is really good from a few people. Doesn't sound like a show I'd get into due to the name but I might be wrong.

I'm always blown away by people who say they never watch TV or don't even have one. They are either blatant liars or live in a cave. If people don't have a TV for whatever reason, I don't care if it's parents who say it's so "our kids don't get somehow tainted by it" nor do I agree with that premise, they'll be tainted either way, you are missing out on important history happening in life. The news for example just ain't the same in any other format.

Speaking of TV and venting...

I can't stand people who rave about how "splendid" "Dowton Abby" is.



Those people make me cringe. I can't imagine enduring an entire hour of listening to that horrible, soul-grinding British accent and people walking around like their shit doesn't stink. Makes me wanna puke when I see the TV trailers every time.
Plus, my parents like it so that says a lot, I'd definitely hate it then.
