When I was a kid, I remember a song that I over-played on wax that had sound effects and vocal effects from the Star Wars Empire Strikes Back movie. That's why I loved it so much as a kid, because it had C3P0, R2D2, Chewabacca growls, tie fighter flybys and a funky disco beat. It musta been the same year the movie dropped. I did random Google searches many times but I get nothing.


Does anyone know what song and artist I am looking for?

Never knew of this..Of course I've seen the Star Wars one by Meco 1000 times in the field though!

I have a Meco 7" one that did a Wizard Of Oz disco song as well, seems like these guys had the market cornered on disco soundtracks for movies or something. That Wiz of Oz one is GOD AWFUL BTW unlike this Empire Strikes Back one.
