It is ok that your wife likes Fiona Apple but if you like her it's not ok with me.

Just joshing man, you can like chick rock, I like some chick rock just not her. The problem with Fiona Apple is not her great voice or her production but her message. It's seemingly custom tailored for women, it's not bad, I just can't relate.
Nothing personal obviously, just saying.

Dee lite is dope !!! And my wife hates Fiona Apple as do most people , but that's why I started this thread , so people can put those guilty pleasures behind them and enjoy what they enjoy . I can get past the message and take it for what it's worth . FA can sing and the production is good . Not to mention all the raw emotion in her music . I didn't expect anyone else to like her , and feel free to bring on the jokes . That's the point . Make light of the crappy music you like and keep enjoying it !!!!

Unrelated: I wonder what ever happened to Deee lite? That singer was amazingly hot and soulful, I know the other producers Towa and Supa Dmitry did solo stuff, but what's the latest with them? Some of these groups just drop off the map.
