I bought a Grouch/Eligh 12" last weekend for $2 brand new. Couldn't pass it up!
Sometimes I drop into the Goodwill near my place... one time I found literally dozens of hip-hop ALBUMS for under $3 a piece. I collected all the goodies and was on my way!
