Did anybody here hear about what Jack White did for RSD at Third Man Records ?? First off, that place gets crazy for RSD . People camp out for days over there , but he always does something to make it worth their while . This year , he recorded live for them , rushed the recording to United Record Pressing , and had a copy pressed up for everybody in line . And got it to them that day . I never really got into his music , but that dude does a lot to keep vinyl alive , so he definitely get props from me ..,.

I bumped that Sam Cooke & that Otis Redding last night along with a few surprises I got yesterday ( I will post those in the non hip hop section when I get pics ) .as for the Sam and Otis records , both are very good represses . If you get into both of those soul giants , I recommend picking those up if you don't have the OG or if you want to give you OG copies a break .

^Absolute staples. It's nice to see RSD dropping love for the oft forgot classics.
