Good stuff Rchecka !! Nine is definitely slept on and dope .. I wanted to hear that Suff Daddy , but it doesn't sound promising . I have also been bumpin The Doppelgangaz .

I agree this album is dope .Production is great and these cats got nice flows .

Quasimoto - The Unseen 2lp . A nice repress of my favorite album thus far by madlib .This album really stood out to me when it first came out , and still is a stand out today . I don't know why it took me so long to cop this ???

GangStarr - Step In The Arena lp. Another nice repress . I was very happy to see that this album was repressed . I have a big hole in my collection where GangStarr should go , and OG copies are either hard to find , or heavy on the price . It sounds great .

R.A. The Rugged Man - Legends Never Die 2lp . Wow !!! I have always been a fan of R.A. ,but this album took that to another level . Some really dope beats , great choices in guest emcees , and R.A.'s flow is on point from beginning to end .

L'Orange & Stik Figa - The City Under The City lp . I kinda took a chance on this one . I already knew that I liked L'Orange's production , and had heard some of Stik Figa's rhymes ( they were dope ), but I wasn't sure how the two of them would blend . But , they made a great combo .I was and still am very happy with this purchase , and recommend it .

/\/\Video from L'Orange & Stik Figa .....

2 more from the Skrapez series . Again, these are mostly dark and heavy beats . No titles or track names on these . They are very raw sounding , but appeal to me nonetheless . Definitely an acquired taste .

^^I checked out that L'orange & Stik Figa album. Sounds really good, gonna have to cop that. Thanx for the heads up.

Recently picked up this double cd (not sure it was released on wax)

Sean price & M-Phazes - Land of the crooks/Guilty Simpson & Small Professor - Highway robbery

Both sides are decent efforts with playback value. A bit disapointed though that the Sean P side only had 5 vocal tracks and too many guests for such a small number of tracks. P as always drops a few jewels: "You a sucker who succeeds when suckin on sess".

@GMM - yeah, I agree with you on that Guilty Simpson/Small Professor & Sean P/M-Phazes double CD, Ep....or whateva you want to call it - very short CD's respectively. I have it on CD...but haven't seen it on vinyl as of yet.

I've been rockin' this joint, since it came in the mail yesterday....pretty dope collabo album. This is an album...not to be confused with the 'Thuggin' EP that came out late last year.

Freddie Gibbs & Madlib - Pinata

peace.
