I haven't shared this with you guys because I wasn't ready to. My dad passed away Nov 4 2012. I have been trying to deal with the loss for a minute now. That coupled with the idiots I work for and the lack of compassion I got from those I work for made it more difficult. I'm doing better but I'm taking it day by day. some days are better than others. I miss my dad and wish he were still here but I know we can't live forever and that his passing actually bought him peace from continuing to suffer.

I am saddened by the loss of your father,L.E.S.Lady.I can just imagine the great things that you have learned from him over the years.
I lost mine back in 1991 and I still miss him.It is something that you never get over or never grow old enough to understand.My condolences.

Damn LES Lady , I am also very sorry for your loss . And as for the jerks you work for , don't let it bother you too much . Some people forget what being human and compassionate is all about until they need it themselves . Then when they do , you can be the bigger person in that situation and show them what it is to care about another person a little . I hope things get better for you and your family.

I'm very sorry to hear that LES Lady. It feels there's nothing I could say to make you feel better after the loss of your father, but know this... we are all definitely thinking about you right now and we will always have your back. I could tell by the last few posts that you have been feeling down, and when our big sis is sad I think we all know it. Thanks for sharing when you were ready to do so, it's really an honor. Keep your head high and hopefully the days will get better every day.

And yeah, as far as the work jerks go, there will always be some people like that everywhere you work, don't let it get to you, you are better then all of them. When I started my business years ago I figured at least I'd never have to work with people like that ever again and I was sadly mistaken, someone always thinks you don't deserve what you got, and they'll make sure they are heard. In the big scheme of things those people will never impact your life if you don't let em.
