@ BoomBap, that also sucks , but it's good you found out before it got really bad . I hope you can keep it managed homie. I been trying to handle my munchies a little more responsibly lately ( just because I'm getting fat ). It's not to hard when you get used to it. Can you still munch on fruit or is it too much natural sugar ?

Thanks guys. Fruit is "good" sugar. Also, I've been "munching" on fresh green beans and ranch the past couple days. Also, popcorn is cool, but bland.....

It is almost April 20th and I had snow to shovel AGAIN this morning. I never remember Winter ever lasting this long in Wisconsin in all my years as a Wiscomptonite. I want to get on my mountain bike again, come on Spring!

^^^OMG that's awful! it's been slow getting to Spring in NY as well...Um I would just like vent a little bit about Rick Ross and the "she ain't even know it" debacle. I'm not gonna attack his looks because that's too easy..his intelligence is fair game...If Rick Ross and his merry band of supporters want the public to believe that this is merely some sort of freedom of speech issue, or in one instance he was likening his lyrics to some of Eminem's or some such artist's darker material, he needs to come again. I am a woman who loves hip-hop good bad,bad,ugly but this idiot has worked my last nerve. Those lyrics did not have any hidden meaning, it plainly states that you put something in some chick's drink and then took her back to the telly did whatever to her and it was without her knowledge. The subject matter in these rhymes nowadays are so banal that its obvious that only two brain cells were used to construct and recite them. Rick ross ran out of things to say two albums ago, and it's apparent that he is grasping for straws at this point to remain relevant. I'm glad Reebok dropped him. Saying some bullshit on a record is one thing, damn near every rapper has done or is currently doing it...but having corporate sponsorhip while saying said bullshit is another story....
