i'm spinning some dad-rock right now. my mother bought me a "sgt. pepper's lonely hearts club band" reissue for christmas, and i'm finally getting around to listening to it. was never a big beatles fan, but, it's a pretty decent album i guess.

What up Arachnopholia . Welcome aboard !! I agree that the Trent Reznor produced Saul Williams joint is amazing . Don't sweat not being that much into hip hop . The idea around here is to discuss music period . The more styles/genres we can touch on , the better . I'm personally always open to being put up on something I might have never thought to listen to . Do us a favor and stick around and share some of your collection and musical tastes .

Been buying wax for nearly 20 years, life long hip hop head, so hip hop makes up like 60-70% of my collection. Lost track a while ago but would say I'm hovering around 10k deep give or take a few hundred..

What else? Uhm... been involved in the music industry in different facets for years too and put out some records as well.

Still buy records like a junkie but most of my new purchases are either old obscure hip hop or just not rap at all... not a huge fan of most new stuff but I do love me some Lil Ugly Mane. (Shoot me now)..

Anyway, I've been putting off this intro for a while as I hate writing about myself (but could easily write a dissertation on wax) but I told rchecka I'd do it.. so hopefully this fits the bell.

So what's up all, I look forward to discussing our favorite records. Always down for recommendations too.
