Played this the other day. Evolution of Dub 4xCD Box, Vol.3. These are all albums by the Revolutionaries. Great dub, heavy basslines, but nothing too wild in the way of effects or anything. These boxsets on Greensleeves can be had pretty cheaply, a good way to get more dub into your collection.

One of my favorite early 80s post-punk guitar pop albums. For years, I've had to make do with a CD that was mastered from a needledrop, until I found this sealed LP. Great stuff, very overlooked.

Targets - Massenhysterie

Mid 80s Deutschpunk with a fair amount of melody, perhaps somewhat similar to the Swedish school of "trallpunk" but a bit different. Although these guys are fairly upbeat, they do remind me a little bit of DC-Revolution Summer type bands such as Dag Nasty. Although the LP is half studio/half live, the live side actually has excellent sound quality, probably taken from a soundboard recording or something. This particular copy is a recent reissue done by the German labels Colturschock and Hohnie.

Miles Davis - Workin' & Steamin'

Even though there is a 70s pic of Miles on the cover, these are 50s recordings from when Miles was putting out records on Prestige. This is a 70s reissue of two of those albums, on thin budget vinyl from the time of the 73-74 Oil Embargo, but they sound pretty great anyway.
