Tietchens' first proper "album" from 1980, just before his series of instrumental "electropop" records on Sky. If you like the more electronic side of Krautrock and old 70s/early 80s German synth stuff, check this out. Honestly I think he reached his peak in the 90s with more electro-acoustic sounding stuff, but I like these earlier, more accessible records by him as well.

Those Shuttle358 albums have held up way better than a lot of stuff from the late 90s/early 2000s mining similar territory.

If you like Targets, you may like Asta Kask and Puke from Sweden as well, dunno if you're already into those bands or not.

GVSB - Cruise Yourself

Played these two CDs the other day, both 90s albums on Touch and Go. One is sort of an American indie rock take on shoegaze, the other is a bass-heavy, somewhat noisy post-hardcore album.
