^ Very cool chilled out vibe to that. I really like her vocals.

Love her vocals, but definitely check out her solo work too. She's an amazing and accomplished producer as well. Her solo album "Westernization Completed" is really good. I need to catch up with her more recent stuff.

Test Dept - A Good Night Out LP

Live album from 1987 by one of my favorite old school industrial acts. A lot more theatrical and composed than their earliest work, but very good.

I really don't know where to put this one so this catch all genre thread works perfectly for can't be put into a little box records like this.

Last night...

Snake Finger - Greener Pastures LP (Ralph) 1980

^Discogs says it's art rock or avantgarde / experimental. I don't know what to call it other than highly eclectic indie rock. Highly eclectic yet palatable while maintaining a cohesive sound throughout the album. Rather than sounding like a bunch of disconnected experimental rock songs this album maintains a uniform sound and mood.

This is weird enough that I would like it yet rock enough that many people would like it. He really has an incredible control over his twangy slide guitar sound. As I mentioned, like their onetime cohorts the Residents, you can't define Snakefinger under a genre label. He is simply what he is. There is no one like the Residents, they are what they are.

Anyways, enough talk... check out the almost Devo like song...

^Those tracks sound pretty good. I'd definitely grab that if I ran across it flipping through the bins.

^Snakefinger made some truly far out records. Phil Lithman was one of those avant garde geniuses that was way ahead of his time.
