Was this a traveling thing ??

Yep, they were scheduled to move to the Twin Cities on the following day. I thought it was a good score, but you pretty much described most of the sellers there to a "T" with the extremely picked thru comment especially. Like a lot of these expos I'm sure you dig a lot just to get a smidgen of niceness if you are lucky. It's worth it to get access to some out-of-area wax come to your town though.

One of these days, after my studio is finished, I'm gonna make my version of a Velvet Underground best of, I'll hook you up.
Haven't watched the DVD yet. My studio revamp is taking all my down time right now but it'll be worth it to have a lot more room.

OK, here's the before pic.

Earlier this week I had the electrician in to rerun the electrical lines and I've boxed up my CDs and put a drop cloth over the record shelves and my equipment. Early tomorrow morning is the demolition beating dead horse and I'm gonna re-frame in a new wall for the new studio layout. smoking smiley

I'm basically the audiophile American version of this guy this weekend.

Really, anyone can be like Mike (Holmes). The trick is, don't get a beer buzz going before you measure anything and\or pick up sharp power tools.

Of course... I'm not Mike Holmes, and while he might "make it right", I'm not Canadian! Here in Wiscompton we use the Standard sytem, and we don't even start power tools without the aid of local microbreweries.

This ones on me.

CUCKOO CUCKOO!!
