This album is killer in my book. The way they did this with strings and horns in places is nice. Akua Naru is a very serious writer, her voice ends up a bit breathy at times and her emphasis doesn't always end up on the actual rhyme but it sounds really dope and personal in the end. She's clearly very poetic and spoken-word oriented in her delivery.

Glad to grab on wax, a bit pricey with shipping but worth having in the crates for sure. This track really shows off the DigFlo band and the dude on the djembe murks it:

I had to pick up two copies of the Sergio. I might get bashed for saying this but his version of the " Morning", in my opinion, is way better Cal Tjaders-both versions.
