^ would love to have seen that show . Did they still have it ?? You never know what you're gonna get with reunion shows . Most of my experiences have been good though ... That ep is great . May have to cop it ....

At that particular show (woulda been 2008 or 2009 maybe?) they absolutely killed it. My only disappointment is that they didn't play more songs off Thog, which is my favorite Gray Matter/Geoff Turner related LP, though I know I seem to be in the minority on that.

The Lurkers - Fulham Fallout CD

Haven't pulled this out in awhile and decided to listen to it today for some reason. This is late 70s UK punk rock, but instead of sounding like any of the other groups around at the time in the UK, this band is heavily inspired by the Ramones. Nothing original here but this is a fun record. My copy is the CD reissue on Captain Oi!, which has a bunch of bonus tracks. Those extra tracks are neat, but honestly I'm ready to move on to something else after the main portion of the album is done. Worth grabbing if you come across it, though I've never seen a copy in the wild so I'm not sure how easy it is to find (especially on LP) outside of the UK or Europe.

Saw this on IG today:

Revelation Records is reissuing Warzone's classic "Don't Forget the Struggle, Don't Forget the Streets". Kind of a big deal seeing as how the album has been OOP on any format for a long time. Hopefully they don't screw it up.

Metallica, after being told to perform "no offensive songs" went all punk rock on MTV Music Awards Europe, doing 'Last Caress' and 'So What' and guess what...

Rock OnIt rocked.

I think I've seen that video before. They should've done "Ain't No Feeble Bastard" for good measure. This almost reminds you of the days when Metallica were a good band making good music...
